A leader does not need to be at point position. Nor do they need to mow down the other team to showboat. Many new players lose out on enjoying the game when advanced players who lead, jump out and destroy the other team. Sure,take out the tough players to save your teammates from being taken out easy, but stop there. Back off and let the new players learn the game of paintball.
